Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all coaching, mentoring, assessments, workshops and related services provided by:

ADHD 4 ADULTS (a trading name of KIM’S KITCHEN (HEALTH) LIMITED).

Our aim is to balance flexibility, fairness, and respect for both clients’ needs and the time reserved for sessions.
 

1) Booking and payment

  • All sessions and packages must be paid for in advance.

  • Payment confirms your booking and acceptance of this policy.

  • Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
     

2) Rescheduling sessions

We understand that life happens, especially for neurodivergent clients and busy professionals.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled without charge if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • Requests to reschedule should be made in writing via email.
     

3) Late cancellations and non-attendance

Because session time is reserved exclusively for you:

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, the session will be charged in full.

  • If you do not attend your session (“no-show”), the session will be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rearranged.
     

If you arrive late to a session:

  • The session will still finish at the scheduled end time.

  • We are not able to extend sessions to make up for lost time.

  • Late arrival does not reduce the session fee.
     

We understand that ADHD and life circumstances can make time management challenging, and we approach this with empathy. At the same time, clear boundaries help us provide consistent and sustainable support for all clients.

 

4) Coach cancellations

We are committed to providing reliable, consistent coaching and aim to avoid cancelling sessions wherever possible.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will:

  • provide as much notice as reasonably possible and either;

  • offer an alternative appointment or;

  • provide a refund for the affected session if rescheduling is not possible.
     

5) Packages and validity periods

  • Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase.

  • Any unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.


Coaching packages

  • Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Any unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.


For all packages:

  • Packages are non-refundable once coaching has commenced, except where required by law.

  • Packages are not transferable to other individuals.
     

6) Refunds

  • Individual prepaid sessions are non-refundable once booked, except in exceptional circumstances.

  • Packages are non-refundable once coaching has commenced, except where required by law.

  • Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with fairness and wellbeing in mind.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
 

7) Exceptional circumstances

We recognise that unexpected situations can arise, such as serious illness or emergencies.

  • In genuinely exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer flexibility or alternative arrangements.

  • This is not intended to be a regular practice and does not create an automatic entitlement to refunds or rescheduling outside the terms above.
