Workplace Needs Assesment

A Workplace Needs Assessment is a tailored, holistic evaluation for neurodivergent individuals to identify barriers affecting their performance, comfort, or wellbeing at work. It is carried out by a qualified assessor who looks at the individual’s role, working style, environment, and day-to-day challenges, and provides clear recommendations to help them work more effectively and be supported in their role. Recommendations may include practical adjustments, communication or workload strategies, environmental changes, assistive technology, neurodivergence coaching, strategy sessions, team awareness training etc.


Workplace Needs Assessments are usually funded by employers, making it a highly accessible option for professionals seeking support. For employers, it provides a clear, evidence-based plan to help staff thrive; for employees, it offers practical solutions that improve focus, confidence, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.


What is included?

  • Initial conversation with Line Manager/HR (30 mins)
     

  • Interview and discussion with the employee (allow up to 90 mins)
     

  • Detailed report providing recommendations and adjustments to support the employee (within 14 days of employee discussion)
     

  • Follow up call (30 mins)
     

  • (Optional add-on: Review of Adjustments meeting* - up to 6 months after report) *additional charges apply
